Self Video KYC
Objective
The Self-Video Know Your Customer (KYC) product combines the following two verification modules that helps a customer complete a video verification process independently without the requirement of an agent.

- Face Match: Ensures the user's consistent identity throughout the process.
- Face Liveness: Ensures the user's presence in front of the camera.
- ID Liveness: Detects genuine IDs and prevents image uploads.
- Face Quality Checks: Scans for blur, masks, closed eyes, and more.
- ID Quality Checks: Verifies ID clarity, glare, and authenticity.
- Deep Fakes Detection: Shields against fraudulent impersonations.
- Speech-to-Text Analysis: Validates the accuracy of spoken content.
Procedure
The following steps represent a regular Self Video KYC verification process.
- Initiate the verification process.
- Grant access to the device's camera, microphone, and location.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for verification.
- The system automatically captures the user's selfie. If they are within the front camera's frame, the border turns green; otherwise, it turns red, prompting the user to adjust their position.
- Capture an officially valid identity card.
- The module displays a verification statement on a new screen. Read the statement aloud audibly within the configured time limit. The verification proceeds to the next step upon completion of the time.
- If applicable, the module repeats steps 6 to 8 for additional verification statements.
- Review the recording and optionally reattempt the statement verification process (steps 6 to 8) before the final submission, if required.

Except for steps 4 and 6, the user only proceeds to the next steps when they interact with the relevant button on the screen.
